The health benefits of Tomatoes are:

–  their ability to lower the risk of cancers
–  their ability to prevent appendicitis

Tomatoes. due to their Vitamin C content, are beneficial for healthy gums, teeth, bones and muscles.  Tomatoes also a great source of Vitamin A as carotene (lycopene), and have been shown in many studies to be a prime cancer preventative.
