Broccoli has proven to be packed with cancer-fighting compounds and is one of the top anti-cancer vegetables.  Studies have shown that eating broccoli reduces the risk of rectal and colon cancer, throat, mouth, respiratory cancers, gastro-intestinal and cervical cancers.
